Applied Crystallography

Applied Crystallography

  • Course Description: The course will cover the derivation and analysis of structure-property relationships in common electroceramic material systems based on their crystal structure, symmetry and anisotropy. (3 Credit Hours)
  • Course Objectives: At the end of the course the students should be familiar with the most important crystallography concepts. In addition, the students should be able to expand the crystallographic analysis component within their research projects allowing them to enhance and strengthen their Ph.D. dissertations.
